21 NCAC 06V .0109         FOLLOW-UP PROCEDURES FOR EXPOSURES TO HEPATITIS, Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), AND OTHER BLOOD-BORNE PATHOGENS

Electrologists shall comply with the blood-borne pathogens standards contained in the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act, published in United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). Regulation 29 CFR 1910.1030. which is hereby incorporated by reference including subsequent amendments and editions.
